As a partnership Mike Pooleman and Oliver Parker grew RM&C Consultants by implementing one simple philosophy. Clients would make the decisions but RM&C would do all the work.

Once appointed, every step of the process from site survey, FTS notification, selection questionnaire, pre-qualification meeting, tender documentation with full contractual terms, final presentations and mobilisation meeting would be managed personally by them. The fees would be set in advance, fixed and guaranteed.

The success of our philosophy has enabled the appointment of David Allen as Managing Director along with three other working directors.

Oliver has now semi retired from the day to day business but continues to take an active role in supporting the team with his experienc.
