John is an Associate Director for RM&C Consultants and has been a key part of our team to grow the FM and cleaning side of our consultancy offering.

John's Story
With over 30 years’ experience, John is a Facilities Professional who has worked across many different market sectors ranging from Chemical & Nuclear to High End Residential enabling him to draw from a broad range of situations. As a people’s person he is able to engage at any level and would rather work with people than against them.
Over 12 years ago he moved into Consultancy and has been fortunate enough to work with like-minded people to deliver a range of services within Education, Construction, and the Commercial sectors. These include: Preparation and Tendering of Hard and Soft FM Packages, Audits of Hard FM Contracts, Audits of Cleaning Contracts, Mechanical and Electrical Condition Surveys and Mechanical and Electrical Project Management.
