Graduating with a distinction in Hospitality Management, David joined Stakis Hotel Group, working his way up through the Food and Beverage  departments to become the youngest General Manger in the group. Joining ARAMARK in 1989, David quickly rose through the ranks of Operations Manager, Area Manager and finally Sales Directors before joining Compass Group in their education divisions of Chartwells and Scholarest.

Expanding his horizons David joined GSL and latterly G4S - FM as a Board Director in the FM sector building a successful catering business and leading a team of specialists for all Soft FM services, including cleaning, across Education, Healthcare and Commercial business. Having completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Management at the Henley School of Business, David joined RM&C as our Managing Director based in the Reading office.
